摘要
目的 研究不同频率电针对大鼠尾壳核头部一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)表达的影响 ,为针灸治疗的广泛应用提供形态学基础。方法 低频 (2Hz)和高频 (12 8Hz)电针大鼠“合谷”穴 ,采用还原型尼克酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶(NADPH -d)法显示NOS表达。结果 2Hz及 12 8Hz电针“合谷”穴组的尾壳核头部NOS阳性神经元均较正常对照组明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,12 8Hz电针组的NOS阳性神经元较 2Hz组明显增多 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 2Hz及12 8Hz电针均可使尾壳核头部NOS表达增强 ,NOS表达与电针频率呈正相关。
Objective The influence of electroacupuncture with different frequencies on NOS Expression in the head of nucleus caudatus putamen was studied for providing morphological foundations in further wide application of acupuncture treatment. Methods The method of nicotinamide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH-d) was used after electroacupuncturing 'Hegu'point with 2Hz and 128Hz respectively. Results The NOS positive neurons were increased markedly in the head of nucleus caudatus putamen by electroacupuncture with 2Hz and 128Hz respectively as compared with control group (P<0.01); the NOS positive neurons were more in the 128Hz electroacu puncture groups than those in the 2Hz electroacupuncture groups. Conclusion The NOS expression was enhanced markedly in the head of nucleus caudatus putamen by electro Acupuncture with 2Hz and 128Hz respectively; the NOS expression was positively cor related with electroacupuncture frequencies.
