摘要
本文从医疗服务供方、医疗服务需方和医疗服务环境等方面分析了产生医疗纠纷的原因 ,相应地提出了若干防范与处理的对策 ,如强化敬业精神 ,提高技术水平 ,搞好立法与制度建设 ,加强卫生宣教 。
This paper analyzes causes of dissension from medical service supplier, demanders and medical service environment. Some countermeasures are put forward, which are: (1) strengthening spirit of respect work; (2) improving skill abilities; (3) doing well legislation and construction of system; (4) strengthening health education; (5) establishing occupational insurance, and so on.
