新世纪继续医学教育与管理初探

Discussion on Continue Medical Education and Management in the New Century

文章从当今生命科学、生物医学的发展趋势 ,从人类要求了解和调控生命过程 ,认识和控制疾病 ,保证和维护身体健康的需要出发。阐明继续医学教育要适应这些发展变化 ,应树立新的培养目标 ,改革继续医学教育的内容和形式 ,并提出确立强化性的继续医学教育 ,建立新机制 ,实施规范化、制度化管理及提高继续医学教育管理人员素质等管理的新理念。

This paper discusses that continue medical education should be adapted to the changes brought by the development of life science and biomedicine, human being requiring understanding and controlling life process, recognizing and controlling diseases and demands on keeping healthy. Continue medical education should set up new training target, reform education contents and forms, establish new mechanism, implement standardization and systematization management and improve quality of management personnel.
