两种粉螨的酯酶同工酶和相关蛋白质电泳的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨粉螨的酯酶同工酶和相关蛋白质在分类及生化遗传学上应用价值。方法 应用等电聚焦电泳 (IEFE)研究腐食酪螨 (Tyrophagusputrescentiae)和粉尘螨 (Dermatophagoidesfarinae)的酯酶同工酶和蛋白质 ,并将两者进行了比较。结果 腐食酪螨的酯酶同工酶可见 8条带 ,分布在 pH3 6 2~ 5 2 0范围内 ,第 2 ,6条明显深染 ,为主带 ;粉尘螨的酯酶有 7条带 ,分布在 pH4 6 8~ 5 42范围内 ,可见 3条主带 ;腐食酪螨和粉尘螨蛋白质均出现 2 2条带 ,但腐食酪螨有 2条特别明显的深染主带 ,粉尘螨可见 3条明显深染主带。结论 两种粉螨的酯酶同工酶及相关蛋白质的电泳谱可在一定程度上反映出科、属、种的差别 ,酯酶同工酶具多态性 。 Objective To study the applied value of isoenzyme patterns snd proteins in taxology and genetics of acaroid mites. Methods isoeletrofocusing electrophoresis(IEFE)was used to determine isoenzyme patterns and proteins of two acaroid mites(Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Dermatophagoides farinae)and results were compared. Results There were 8 tapes(pH3 62~5 20)in the isoenzyme patterns of Tyrophagus putrescentiae.The second and the sixth with obvious deep dye belong to main tape.There were 7 tapes(pH4 68~5 42)with 3 main tape in the isoenzyme patterns of Dermatophagoides farinae.There were 22 tapes in the proteins of the two acaroid mites,of which,there were 2 main tapes stained obviously with beep dye in the proteins of Tyrophagus putrescentiae and there were 3 main tapes stained obviously with deep dye in the proteins of Dermatophagoides farinae. Conclusion The electrophoretogram of isoenzyme patterns and proteins can explain difference betwan in family or genus and species of the two acaroid mites For isoenzyme patterns are olymorph ous which is used in identify and hereditary variation of genus or species.
