测定植物提取液中生物碱含量的间接萃取比色法研究

摘要 本文报告了在非离子表面活性剂存在下,用溴甲酚绿离子缔合萃取光度法测定植物提取液中生物碱的总量,比较了五种提取方法,探讨了测定的优化条件,确定用水饱的正丁醇溶液提取效果最佳,测得一些植物的生物碱含量约0.1~0.9%,加样回收率为92%,相对标准偏差7%,结果令人满意。 In this paper, it is reported that with the existence of nonionic surfactants the total amount of alkaloid in the extract of plants is determined by extraction - spectrophotometric method of bromocresol green ion - association. Five extracting methods are compared to explore the optimum condition, and the water- saturated n - bu-tanol is warranted to be the best extracting agent. The content of alkaloid in the extract of several plants is about 0. 1-0.9% ; the rate of recovery of the added standard liquid is over 92% ; relative standard deviation is about 7% (n = 5) . The results are satisfactory.
