梨杂种叶片性状的遗传研究

STUDIES ON THE GENETICS OF LEAF CHARACTERS IN PEAR HYBRID

本文研究了梨杂种叶片性状的遗传特点.结果表明:梨种群体叶片性状(除叶厚外)亲子代间呈显著正相关(γ>0.74* *df=12)回归系数也很大(bop>0.865);梨种间杂交时西洋梨传递小叶能力很强,而白梨、砂梨传递大叶的能力强;梨正反交无显著差异;果柄长与叶柄长呈显著正相关(γ= 0.80* *,df=10),其它叶果性状间不相关.

The genetic characteristics of leaf characters in pear (Pyrus)hybrid were studied. The results show: There was avery marked parent -- offspring correlation during the leaf characters (except the leaf thickness)of hybrid population (γ>0. 74,df=12). The regression coefficient was also high(bop> 0.865). The ability to transfer the small leaf of Pyrus communis wasstronger, but the ability to transfer the big leaf of P. pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri was stronger. There was no marked differ-ence between crossing and conversal crossing. The lengths of fruit stalk and Petide had marked positivt correlation (γ= 0. 80, df=10), but no correlation among other characters of leaf and fruit.
