Along with our national economy developed and people's living--standard raised quickly, the decoration ofhousehold living--room had been a heat point of people's current expense. But in our country,because the trade of householdliving--room decoration started later, and dereloped quickly, legislation, administration, education, and scientific researchwere behind relatively,and people yeneraly lacked this knowledge and didn't safeguard their interests.
