摘要
提出成为一名合格科技编辑必须具备的三大基本技能─—阅读技能、评审技能、写作技能，并分别归纳了各自的特点和培养这些技能的方法。旨在为培养合格的科技编辑提供一点可行的思路。
In thls paper we proposed three basic techniques which a scientific editor should possess. These are reading ability, evaluating faculty and writing technique. The characteristics of these skills and methods of training are brlefly discussed to provlde assistance for fostering a qualilied ed]tor.
