二溴三苯基锑三溴苯酚衍生物的合成与性能研究

摘要 研究了新型有机锑阻燃剂─—二溴三本基锑三谈苯酚衍生物的合成方法,并将其应用于聚乙烯材料获得良好的阻燃效果,每100份树脂(质量)添加10份时,氧指数从18.5提高到26.5,且对聚乙烯的弯曲强度和冲击强度无不良影响。 Bromobenzene, magnesium, antimony trichloride, bromine and tribromophenol actingas raw materials, Dibromotriphenylantimony and its derivative with tribromophenol is syn-thesized- This product has the good fireredtarding effect on polyethlene(PE)' The limintingoxygen index (LOI) has increased 8 than unfilled PE by adding lO parts per 1OO parts ofpolyethylene. The mechanical properties come closer to the unfilled PE by bend density andimpact density investigations.
