摘要
利用毛细管气相色谱──质谱联用仪对湘西香茅挥发油的化学成分进行了研究,共鉴定出23种组分。主要成分为柠檬醛、橙花醒、杏叶烯、牛儿醇、2-戊烯、牛儿酸、来栾倍半萜、罗勒烯。其中柠檬醛和橙花醛共占挥发油总量的68.5%。
The esscntial oil from XiangXi Cymbopogon with a distillation and extraction equip-ment. The chemical constituents of essential oil was examined by means of capillary gaschromatography and combined gas chromatography- Mass spectrometry- Twenty threeconstitutents of essential oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The eight compounds with highest contents are: Citral (39- 12%), Neral (29. 45%),Myrcene (1. 93% ), Geraniol (4. 03% ), 2 - Pentene (3. 59%) Geranic acid (2. 98% ), Va-lenccne (1. 86 % ) and trans - beta - Ocimene (1. 29 % ).
