摘要
用有限段法计算高炮身管的弹性变形 ,用基于Kane方程的Huston方法建立了某高炮 7刚体 18自由度的多体系统动力学模型 ,对高炮发射过程进行了数值仿真 ,计算得出的炮口角位移明显大于不计身管变形的 5刚体 10自由度模型的计算结果。 2种模型计算出的炮箱后坐曲线是完全一样的 ,与实测的炮箱后坐曲线一致 ,证明了上述分析的正确性 。
The finite segment method is used for computing the elastic deformation of an antiaircraft gun barrel.The dynamic model of the gun with 7 rigid body and 18 degrees of freedom is established by means of Huston's method based on Kane's equations.The numerical results show that the angle displacement of the muzzle is larger than that of the dynamic model with 5 rigid body and 10 degrees of freedom.The gun chest back lash curves figured out by the two models are exactly consistent,and they are in agreement with the measured curves,which proves that the abovementioned analysis is right,thus providing a more strict theoretical inference for the precision analysis of the antiaircraft.
