摘要
阐述了专家系统在工作流管理中的应用方法 ,构建了基于专家系统的工作流管理系统的总体模型 ,论述了各功能模块的组成和作用 ,并讨论了系统的执行过程。在此基础上 ,进一步讨论了实现系统的若干关键技术 ,如知识表示方法、推理机制。
The application method of expert system for workflow management is presented, the model of workflow management system based on ES is given, the constitution and function of each sub module is presented, the execute process of whole system is also stated. Based on these, the key technologies of realization ,such as knowledge representation,reasoning,control strategy and conflict resolve strategy,are carried out.
