摘要 本文研究了电晕放电表面灭菌及电晕荷电水雾表面灭菌,得到了在室温条件下酵母菌存活率与灭菌时间的关系,分析了两种情况下的灭菌机理. This paper studies the sterilization of corona and changed spray, the relation between liveabilityof saccharomycetes at room temperature and seerilization time. And the mechanism in the twocases is studied too.
