摘要
在甲醛溶液中 ,以 Hg(Ac) 2 和 TAA为原材料 ,通过微波加热合成了 Hg S半导体纳米粒子 ,并用 XRD、TEM。
By using microwave irradiation we synthesized HgS nanoparticles of ca. 10 nm in size in a formaldehyde solution of mercury acetate and thioacetamide (TAA). The powder X ray diffraction (XRD) pattern indicates that the product is pure cubic sphalerite type β HgS.We also characterized the product by the techniques of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV vis absorption spectrum. A band gap is estimated to be 2.70 eV from optical measurement of the nanoparticles.
