摘要
为了探讨在中学实施情绪和行为方面发展性教育的方案 ,也为实施社会二次教育提供理论依据 ,运用不相等实验组、控制组前后设计方法 ,对 76名中学生进行了情商教育实验研究 .实验结果表明 :两组的个性因素具有一致性 ,相对于控制组而言 ,实验组表现出了较强的敏感性、怯懦性以及较低的专业成就倾向 ,具显著差异性 (P<0 .0 5 ) .由此可以认为 :情商教育是个长期的社会性问题 。
The AIM of this project is to search for developing scheme of emotional and behavioural education in high schools,and to supply social re education with theoretical basis.With the METHOD of comparing the target group of 76 students in high schools receiving EQ education with an unequal controlled group of 67 students,this experiment RESULTED in almost identical personality development of both the two groups.Comparatively,the target group was found more sensative,timid,with less tendency to professional achievement.An outstanding divergency( P <0.05)was therefore put forward.The CONCLUSION of the research shows that EQ education is insignificant in high schools in China because a test oriented education had become educational mainstream for over a long period of time.It is evident that EQ education in China remains a long march to go.
