摘要
由一放线菌链霉菌属Streptomyces spp.菌株产生的抗生素2507,其有效物有6个组份,与抗生素的Ⅳ类A族中的蓝菌素相似。试验结果表明,黄瓜疫病菌在含有不同浓度抗生素2507药液的V8培养基上菌丝生长受到明显的抑制,菌丝的尖端形成膨胀泡后破裂,细胞内物质向外泄漏,菌丝致病力减弱,药液浓度为150μg/ml时对疫病菌的致病性抑制效果达到60.7%。在温室条件下抗生素2507对黄瓜疫病的预防和治疗效果分别高达100%和91.1%,EC_(50)分别为77.9和95.7μg/ml。
An antibiotic 2507 was produced by Streptomyces spp. . It was composed of six components and belonged to Group IV of A category of antibiotics. The experiment data showed that it could control the cucumber blight ( Phytophthora melonis Katsura) and Pseudoeronospora cubensis Rostr in the field. The mode of 2507 was studied. The data showed that it could inhibit the mycelia growth of Ph. melonis obviously and had great effect on the morphological characters of the pathogen. The expanding bubble was formed at the acme of inhibited mycelia and then breached. Material of the cell let out. The pathogenicity of the inhibited mycelia was suppressed when tested in the greenhouse and the inhibition effect was 60.7 when the concentration of 2507 was 150μg/ml. The antibiotic 2507 also had the prevention and curing effect against Ph. melonis when tested in greenhouse. The EC50 of the prevention and curing test was 77.9 and 95. 7μg/ml, respectively.
