摘要
40%敌·仲乳油是由敌百虫和仲丁威复配而成 ,本文采用气相色谱程序升温法 ,以壬二酸二乙酯为内标 ,OV -101为填充柱 ,内标法测定敌·仲乳油的含量。其方法的标准偏差分别为0.18、0.08;变异系数为0.74%、0.57% ;线性相关系数为0.9999、0.99995;回收率为98.56%～100.41%、99.18～100.52%。
A method was described for the determination of 40%trichlorfon + fenobucarb EC by gas chromatography. The results showed standard deviation were 0.18,0.08; the coeficient of variation was 0.74%,0.57%; the linear correlation was 0.9999, 0.99995 and recovery was 98.56%～100.41,99.18～100.52% respectively.
