陶瓷膜过滤澄清绿茶提取液的研究

Study on Clarification of Green Tea Extract Using Ceramic Membrane

测定了不同操作条件下陶瓷膜过滤绿茶提取液的渗透通量数据 ,确定了操作条件对绿茶提取液过滤过程的影响。结果表明 ,采用 0 0 5 μm的陶瓷膜可显著地提高绿茶提取液的澄清度 ,操作条件对主要理化指标无显著影响 ,为提高膜通量应选择较高的压力和较高的温度 ;膜的使用过程中通量的衰减是必然的 。
