摘要
本文通过用不同浓度 (0mmol l、 0 5mmol l、 1mmol l、 2mmol l、 5mmol l、 10mmol l) ,不同有机酸(柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸 )及氨基酸 (谷氨酸、天冬氨酸 )对土壤中Al、F和几种营养元素 (P、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn)的浸提实验 ,得出结论 :(1)有机酸及氨基酸对土壤中的Al、F、P、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn具有活化作用 ,但其活化作用的大小因茶根分泌物的种类和浓度及土壤理化性质而异 ,即一般而言 ,柠檬酸、草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸的活化作用较强 ;(2 )随着柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸浓度的增加 ,其对土壤中Al、F和营养元素的活化作用也明显增加 ;(3)有机酸对老龄茶园土中Al、F和营养元素的活化作用比对幼龄茶园土的要强。分析认为 ,在营养胁迫作用下 ,茶根有机酸 (氨基酸 )
The batch and extraction experiments were carried out to investigate the activation effects of different organic acids (citric acid,oxalic acid,tartaric acid,malic acid,succinic aid) and amino acids (glutamatic acid,asparagic acid) with different concentrations (0 mmol/l,0 5 mmol/l,1 mmol/l,2 mmol/l,5 mmol/l,10 mmol/l) on Al,F and the nutrient elements (P,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn) in soils The results showed that the organic acids and the amino acids have activative effects on Al,F,P,Cu,Zn and Mn in soils,and the degree of activation differs with the varieties and concentrations of the low molecular weight organic acids and the physical and chemical characters of soils In general,citric,tartar and oxalate acids showed greater activative effects; With the increase of the concentration of citric,tartar,and succinic acids,the activative effects on Al,F and the nutrient elements in soils increase gradually; The organic acids have greater activative effects on the soil in old tea garden than those in young tea garden It is regarded that,under the stress of nutrient elements,the tea root exudation of the organic acids (amino acids) is the main cause of acidification of tea plantation soils
