摘要
初步研究了温度、湿度、水分供应、茶坯窨制等环境因素对茉莉鲜花开放释香的影响 ,结果表明 ,高温不仅降低了呼吸高峰和呼吸速率、而且抑制鲜花开放和香气释放 ;高湿及供水对鲜花开花释香具有促进作用 ;
The effects of temperature, humidity, water supply and dhool on the blooming and aroma releasing of jasmine flower were primarily studied The results showed that high temperature not only decreased respiratory peak and respiratory rate, but also inhibited the blooming and aroma releasing of jasmine flower High humidity and water supply could advantage the blooming and aroma releasing of jasmine flower Tea scenting under low temperature was more beneficial to aroma releasing of jasmine flower than under high temperature
