初步研究了温度、湿度、水分供应、茶坯窨制等环境因素对茉莉鲜花开放释香的影响 ,结果表明 ,高温不仅降低了呼吸高峰和呼吸速率、而且抑制鲜花开放和香气释放 ;高湿及供水对鲜花开花释香具有促进作用 ;
