摘要
用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法 ,研究了蓝标 1号、日铸茶、举岩茶、汝城早芽、云桂大叶等 5份优质资源及其扦插后代的酯酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的酶带特征。结果表明 :举岩茶和其扦插后代的酯酶同工酶缺少了在其它四对材料中均出现的Rf =0 42的谱带。而汝城早芽和其扦插后代的多酚氧化酶同工酶Rf =0 39的谱带明显强于其它组的材料。而每一份优质资源和它们的扦插后代间在三种同工酶谱带类型和谱带的强弱上均未发现不一致的现象 。
The isoenzymes of esterase,polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase of 5 excellent tea germplasms and their cutting offspring were studied by means of the polyacrylamide gel vertical slab electrophoresis The band of Rf=0 42 in esterase was absent in Juyancha and its cutting offspring,but this band existed in other 4 germplasms The Rf=0 39 subunit of polyphenol oxidase in Rucheng Zaoya and its cutting offspring was stronger than that of other samples The results showed that no difference in the type and density of three isoenzymes between the excellent tea germplasms and their cutting offspring It was proved that the heredity of asexual propagation in tea germplasms was stable under the protein levels
