摘要
通过对块根蘑人工驯化栽培技术的研究。结果表明。人工栽培已获得成功。该菌属低温型菌株．菌丝体可以在多种培养基上生长，但以玉米粉综合培养基、蛋白胨葡萄糖培养基和蘑菇汁葡萄糖培养基生长最佳；最适生长温度１５～２０℃；最佳ｐＨ值为５．０～７．０、野生子实体由专家鉴定了种名。
Through the study on the cultural technique of artificial domestication of Clitocybe conglobata (Vitt. ) Bres.. the result shows that .this fungus has been successfully cultured in artificial way. The species of the wild sporophore has been identified by an expert. It belongs to the type of low-temperature fungus. The mycelium of this fungus can grow in many kinds of growth mediums. but it grows better on cornmeal synthetic medium, peptone-glucose medium and mushroom juice-glucose medium. The most suitable temperature for their growth is 15 ~ 20 ℃. and the best pH value is 5. 5 ~ 7. 5.
