摘要
以多肽抗生素 Shiva- I为对照 ,利用平板抑菌圈法测定了多肽抗生素 apidaecin对我国一些重要植物致病细菌的抗菌活性。发现 apidaecin对供试棒状杆菌属、黄单胞菌属的菌株没有活性 ,但是对供试假单胞菌属、欧文氏菌属和土壤杆菌属菌株的抗菌活性比 Shiva- I强 2~ 5倍 ,其最小抑菌浓度一般在 0 .4~ 5 .9μmol/L之间。apidaecin C-末端酰胺化后 ,抗菌活性略有升高。Shiva- I对烟草原生质体的最小抑制浓度为 86 .2μmol/L ,2 0 mmol/L浓度的 apidaecin对烟草原生质体依然没有毒性。
We determined the antibacterial activity of the peptide antibiotic-apidaecin against important plant bacterial pathogens in China by inhibition zone assay, using another peptide antibiotic-Shiva I as control, and found that, apidaecin had no activity against the tested strains of Clavibacter and Xanthomonas genus but its activity against the tested strains of Pseudomonas, Erwinia and Agrobacterium genus was 2 5 folds higher than that of Shiva I and its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was between 0.4 and 5.9 μmol/L. Activity of C terminally amidated apidaecin increased slightly. MIC of Shiva I against the tobacco protoplast was 86.2 μmol/L and apidaecin had no toxicity against the tobacco protoplast at the concentration of 20 mmol/L.
