摘要
以 1年生喜树苗为材料 ,研究了低温胁迫下喜树苗期叶SOD、Chl、MDA、pro含量的变化。结果表明 :10天 8℃低温胁迫下SOD活性、叶绿素含量分别比对照 (30℃± 2 )下降2 5 31%、11 91% ,丙二醛、脯氨酸含量比对照提高 14 82 %、50 72 % ;18天 4℃低温胁迫下SOD活性、叶绿素含量分别比对照下降 2 2 56 %、37 19% ,丙二醛、脯氨酸含量比对照提高2 9 4 2 %、58 72 %。
Taken one-year old Camptotheca acuminata seedlings as trial materials,the changes of SOD activity、contents of Chl、MDA and pro have been studied under lower temperature intimidation. The results showed: SOD activity and the content of Chl have been reduced comparing to the comparison (30℃±2)under 8℃ for ten days,the extent was below differently:25 31%、11 91%,the contents of MDA and pro have been heightened,the extent was below:14 82%、50 72%;SOD activity and the content of Chl have been reduced comparing to the comparison under 4℃ for eighteen days,the extent was below:22 56%、37 19%,the contents of MDA and pro were been heightened,the extent as follow:29 42%、58 72%。
