摘要
红富士苹果花和幼果内均含有腐胺 (Put)、亚精胺 (Spd)和精胺 (Spm) ,其中以Spd含量最高。盛花期喷施 1× 10 - 5mol·L- 1的Spd ,可提高花和幼果内GA3、ZR的含量 ,但IAA、ABA含量下降 ;喷施多胺合成抑制剂MGBG降低了喷后 10d幼果内GA3含量 ,却提高了花和幼果内IAA含量 ;对内源多胺的测定结果表明 ,盛花期喷施Spd提高了喷后 2 0d幼果内源Put、Spd及Spm含量 ,降低了花内的含量 ;喷施MGBG提高花和幼果内Put含量 ,降低Spd及Spm含量。田间试验结果表明 ,盛花期喷施 1× 10 - 5mol·L- 1的Spd ,坐果率为对照的144 .1% ,而喷施 1× 10 - 5mol·L- 1的MGBG ,坐果率为对照的 86.2 %。
Effects of exogenous polyamines and their biosynthesis inhibitor MGBG on fruit set and the contents of the endogenous hormones and polyamines during flowering and fruit setting were studied with Red Fuji apple.The results showed that application of Spd at 1×10 -5 mol·L -1 at full bloom could increase fruit set and the contents of GA 3 and ZR in the flowers and fruitlets of Red Fuji apple,but reduced IAA and ABA contents.MGBG basically had an opposite effects.The Spd treatment could also increase endogenous Put,Spd and Spm contents in the fruitlet of Red Fuji apple,but reduced their contents in the flowers,MGBG treatment decreased the endogenous Spd contents but increased Put contents.
