Ultrastructural changes in senile cataractous lens

目的和方法：采用透射电镜观察老年性白内障晶体组织超微结构变化。结果：老年性白内障晶体囊可见双层膜结构，晶体上皮细胞间隙增大，细胞间指状突起减少，线粒体空泡性变。结论：老年性白内障晶体囊膜及前囊下上皮细胞层通透性增加。

Objective: To observe the ultrastructural changes in the senile cataractous lens. Method: Ultrastructural changes in senile cataractous lens was observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results: The bilaminar membrane appeared in lens capsule of senile. The lens epithelial cell spaces were enlarged, and the intercellular phalangeal processes were decreased, with the mitochondrial vacuolar degeneration. Conclusions: The permeabilily of the epithelial cell layer is increased below the lens capsule membrane and anterior lens capsule in senile cataractous.
