羟基喜树碱与吗特灵肝动脉灌注预防肝癌复发的临床观察

Clinic Study on the Role of Hydroxycamptothecin and Mateling Postoperative Arterial Infusion in the Prevention of Recurrence after Curative Resection for Human Hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 探索原发性肝癌切除术后肝动脉插管置泵连续灌注羟基喜树碱和吗特灵以期预防肝癌复发。方法 40例可切除肝癌随机分 2组 ,作了肝切除和肝动脉置泵术 ,2 0例试验组术后给予羟基喜树碱加吗特灵动脉免疫化疗 ,对照 2 0例术后给予顺氯氨铂加 5氟尿嘧啶动脉化疗 ,随访统计 2组的 1、3年复发率。结果 试验组 1、3年内复发率分别为 1 0 % ,45% ,对照组 1、3年内复发率分别为 2 0 % ,70 % ( P<0 .0 5)。

Objective To evaluate the role of Hydroxycamptothecin and Mateling postoperative arterial infusion in the prevention of recurrence after curative resection for HCC.Methods 20 cases of HCC were treated by arterial infusion with HCPT and Mateling after curative resecion,and the other 20 cases with PDD and 5 Fu.Both the two groups were treated more than two courses. Results The 1,3 years recurrence rate of the treatment group were 10%,45% respecctively,and the contrast group,20%,70% respectively.( P <0.05). Conclusion HCPT and mateling postoperative arterial infusion may be helpful for reducing the intrahepatic recurrence after curative resection for HCC.
