摘要
介绍脑循环分析仪的基本结构、工作原理、软件设计和临床应用等内容。该仪器运用超声多普勒、超声脉冲和压力变送器 ,在心电同步信号监测下检测血液流速、压力波形和血管管径等数据 ,然后通过分析计算得到脑血管阻力 。
In this paper a new ce r ebral circulation analyzer is introduced, induding the main structure, the opera ting principle, the software program and its clinical applications. We can get t he cerebrovascular hemodynamics indexes such as resistance, compensatorg blood f low etc., from the blood velocity, pressure waveform,and arterial diameter detected in carotid and vertebral arteries.
