口服胆囊造影CT扫描技术和临床应用

Technique and clinical application of CT cholecystography

目的 :探讨口服胆囊造影CT扫描的价值。方法 :选择 5 4例患者行胆囊CT平扫及口服碘番酸造影CT扫描。结果 :口服碘番酸胆囊造影CT扫描在显示等密度、低密度结石及胆囊息肉、胆囊癌方面具有特征性表现 ,在胆囊与非胆囊病变的鉴别上具有一定价值。结论 :口服碘番酸胆囊造影CT扫描是检查胆囊疾病的有效手段之一 。

Objective:To assess the value of CT cholecystography.Methods:54 cases of gallbladder disease were performed CT scanning with and without oral Telepaque administration.Results:Hypo or iso density gallstone,polyps and carcinoma of gallbladder were of characeceristic features on CT cholecystography after oral Telepaque.Gallbladder disease or non gallbladder disease could also be distinguished with this method.Conclusion:CT cholecystography after oral Telepaque is one of effective methods in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder diseases.
