摘要
回顾性分析216例老年颅脑损伤的临床资料，总结老年颅脑损伤的特点为伤前常存在慢性疾 病，合并损伤多，脑损伤严重，昏迷时间较长，伤后并发症发生率高。根据老年人的生理特 点和老年颅脑损伤的特点提出老年颅脑损伤后应特别注意保持呼吸道通畅，动态观察颅内压 和重要生命体征。同时，总结了老年颅脑损伤后预防各种常见并发症的方法，以及观察伤前 慢性疾病和合并损伤的体会。
： The clinical material of 216 aged patients of craniocerebral injury was retrospe ctively analysed to summarized their clinical features.Accompanied chronic disea ses before injury,severe head injury,other combined injuries,long coma time and high post-traumatic complications were common in this group.It is suggested that posttraumatically keeping airway smooth and easy and observing constantly the v ital signs be important for these patients to prevent various posttraumatic comp lications and improve their survival.The clinical evaluation of aged craniocereb ral injury were also discussed and some new ideas were put forward. =
