综合灸疗法治疗痹证150例

Treatment of 150 Cases of Arthralgia Syndrome with Moxibustion Therapy

采用灸盒灸肾俞、关元穴区和温针灸输穴、郄穴为主 ,配合局部痛点小艾炷隔姜灸及毛刺加艾条悬灸治疗痹证 150例 ,经 1～ 10个疗程 ,显效 10 5例 ,好转 4 1例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率97 3%。结论 :综合灸疗法适合于各种痹证 ,标本兼治 。

Methods Moxibustion at Shenshu(BL 23),Guanyuan(CV 4) with moxa box and warmed needling moxibustion of Shu points and Cleft points combined with ginger separated moxibustion of local pain points with small moxa cones and skin needling plus suspended moxibustion were used to treat 150 cases of arthralgia syndrome.Results After 1～10 therapeutic courses,105 cases were markedly effective,41 cases improved and 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 97 3%.Conclusion The moxibustion therapy is proper to treatment of various arthralgia syndrome and has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in rapidly relieving symptoms and controlling conditions of disease.
