摘要
目的 :观察大鼠正畸牙移动中牙周组织的细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)的变化 ,初步探讨细胞凋亡在牙周组织改建中的作用。方法 :选用 30只健康雄性 Wistar大鼠 ,用单簧圈别针簧矫治器推上颌切牙侧向移动 ,于加力后 1、3、6、10、14d系列观察牙周组织中细胞凋亡的表达。以正常组为对照 ,TUNEL 法进行检测。结果 :(1)正常组 ,牙周组织中存在凋亡细胞 ,主要见于骨细胞 ,多呈散在性分布 ,量较少。(2 )牙移动时 ,压力侧牙周组织改建活跃 ,凋亡细胞明显增多 ,尤以 1d、3d组最明显。而张力侧牙周组织凋亡细胞呈减少趋势。结论 :(1)细胞凋亡参与了正畸牙移动牙周组织的改建。 (2 )
Objective: To investigate the change and role of apoptosis during orthodontic tooth movement periodontal tissue remodeling in rat.Methods:Orthodontic tooth movement of upper incisors was performed in thirty male Wistar rats. The histological changes, the expression of apoptosis was observed in the periodontal tissue 1,3,6,10 and 14 days after orthodontic tooth movement with HE staining, TUNEL methods.Results:(1)Apoptotic osteocytes were observed in normal periodontal tissue of rat. During tooth movement, the number of apoptotic cells were increasing in pressed zone, especially from 1 to 3 days after force appliance being used and were decreasing in tensed zone.Conclusion:(1)Apoptosis participates in periodontal tissue remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement. (2)Apoptosis plays an active role in periodontal tissue remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement.
