卵巢上皮性肿瘤中C-erbB-2的表达与临床意义

STUDY ON EXPRESSION AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF C-erbB-2 IN OVARIAN SEROUS ADENOCYSTIC NEOPLASMS

目的 :探讨 C- erb B- 2在卵巢癌发生和发展中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组化 S- P法检测了 C- erb B- 2在 5 8例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌 ,10例交界性浆液性囊腺瘤 ,13例浆液性囊腺瘤中的表达情况。结果 :C- erb B- 2的表达在良性瘤和癌之间差异显著 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,而在卵巢癌中的表达与组织分化和临床分期有关 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :C- erb B- 2在卵巢癌的形成和发展中发挥着一定的作用 ,其检测对卵巢肿瘤的良恶性鉴别、预后判断和指导治疗均有积极的意义。

Objective:To study the effects of the gene expression of C-erbB-2 on oncogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer.Methods:The expression of C-erbB-2 were examined immunohistochemically in 58 cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,10 cases of borderline serous cystadenomas and 13 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma.The relationships between the results and clinicopathological features were studied.Results:The expressions of C-erbB-2 in benign and malignant ovarian tumors were significantly different (P<0.01).The expression of C-erbB-2 in ovarian cystadenocarcinoma was associated with histologic grade and clinical stage (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:The experiment suggests that C-erbB-2 plays roles in oncogenesis and progression of ovarian cystadenocarcinoma.Detection of its gene protein has positive effects on malignancy determination,prognosis and treatment of ovarian tumors.
