琥珀软坚膏治疗腰椎骨质增生72例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Vertebrae Hype rosteogeny with Hupo Ranjian Cream(琥珀软坚膏),a Re port of 72 Cases

采用琥珀软坚膏配合经穴掺药治疗腰椎骨质增生 72例 ,并与骨友灵擦剂 2 4例作对照观察。结果 :治疗组临床治愈42例 ,显效 2 0例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 97.2 2 % ;对照组临床治愈 4例 ,显效 5例 ,有效 11例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 83.33%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (T=- 4.17,P<0 .0 1)

Seventy-two lumbar vertebrae hyperosteogeny were treated with Hupo Ruanjian Cream(HRC),24 cases treated with Gu youling liniment(骨友灵擦剂)were setup as the control group.Result:In th e treatment group,42 cases were cured,20 cases were remarkably effective,8 effec tive,2 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.22%.In the con trol group,4 cases were cured,5 cases were remarkably effective,11 effective, 4 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference of treatment effect was significant(T=-4 17,P<0 01)
