利用辐射床的伺服机制调节初生儿体温的临床观察

摘要 目的为了探讨新生儿初生2h的保暖方法,对100例足月儿在传统保暖的基础上,利用辐射床的伺服机制调节其体温(观察组),传统方法保暖的100例为对照组。结果观察组新生儿在初生20min肤温恢复,生后6h和12h低体温率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);有效吸吮率明显增高。结论利用辐射床的伺服机制调节体温是一有效的保暖措施。 Objective: To explore the ways of warm keeping for neonate two 2 hours after delivery. Method 100 cases of neo-nate's temperature were regulated by radiation bed's servo mechanism after routine warm keeping method (observation group), 100 cases use routine warm keeping ways only( as control) . Result the neonate's skin temperature was recovery 20 minutes after deliv-ery in observing group ,the incidence of low body temperature 6 hours and 12 hours were lower than that of in control group (P < 0.01); the rate of effective suck was increased remarkably. Conclusion regulation on neonate's temperature by radiation bed' s ser-vo mechanism s a effective ways of warm keeping.
