慢性肝炎病人抑郁状况分析及护理

Analysis on the Depressive State of the Patients with Chronic Hepatitis and Nursing Care

为了解慢性肝炎病人的抑郁状况及相关因素 ,为心理干预提供依据 ,采用 Zung抑郁自评量表 (SDS)和问卷表对 12 0例住院慢性肝炎病人进行调查 ,结果 6 2 .5 %慢性肝炎病人存在不同程度的抑郁状态 ;在分组比较中 ,中年和文化程度在大专及以上者抑郁发生率偏高 ,慢性肝炎病人的抑郁发生与性别无相关性。提示慢性肝炎病人易发生抑郁状态 ,临床护理人员应给予足够的重视 ,采取多种护理措施 ,缓解其抑郁情绪 。

In order to understand the depressive stage of the patient with chronic hepatitis and relative factors to provide evidence for mental intervention, Zung SDS and questionnaire list were used to investigate the 120 in patients with chronic hepatitis. The results showed that 62 5 % of the patients with chronic hepatitis were suffered from depressive state to some extent. The comparative study showed that the middle aged patients with high education level had a higher incidence of the depression state. The occurrence of depressive state of the patients with chronic hepatitis was not related with sex. It was suggested that the occurrence of depressive state of the patients with chronic hepatitis was on the high side. Clinical nurses should make various nursing measures to alleviate the depressive state to maintain the mental heath of the patients with chronic hepatitis.
