摘要
用频率 2 45 0MHz、功率密度 10mW cm2 的微波连续照射小鼠 12d ,每天 1 5h。微波照射后骨组织中Ca和Zn含量明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Cu、Fe和Mn含量与正常组相比有下降的趋势。照射后分别给予复方中药力必多浸膏和复方阿胶浆 ,其受照小鼠的骨组织中Ca和Zn含量均升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且接近于正常水平。结论 :2 45 0MHz微波辐射影响了骨组织中微量元素的生物代谢过程 ,而复方中药力必多浸膏具有一定的抗微波辐射作用。
Mice were radiated with 2450MHz, 10mW/cm 2 microwave for 12 days, 1 5h/day. After microwave radiation, compared with the normal control, the content of calcium and zinc in mice bone were significantly decreased ( P <0 05)copper, iron and manganese decreased. appulsively After Libido,a composed traditional herb medicine , and ass hide asafetida were supplied seperatively, the content of calcium and trace element zinc in mice bone increased ( P <0 05). It is concluded that Libido was effective on the resistance of mice to microwave radiation.The toxicity of organotin compounds and the current pollution status.
