禤国维教授中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮32例

Prof.Xuan Guowei's Experience on the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine:A Report of 32 Cases

禤国维教授以中西医结合治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)32例,在口服肾上腺皮质激素的同时,以基本方(六味地黄汤加青蒿、益母草)为基础,分热毒炽盛、阴虚内热、脾肾阳虚3型辨证施治。结果:显效9例,好转20例,无效3例,总有效率为90.6%。提示西药结合补肾法是辨病与辨证相结合治疗SLE的有效途径,对临床有一定借鉴意义。

Prof.Xuan's experience on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by combination of TCM and western medicine was summarized.32 cases of SLE were treated by oral administation of adenocortical hormone together with herbal decoction.Taking Liuwei Dihuang Tang added with Herba Artemisiae Annuae and Herba Leonuri as the basic formula,it was modified with syndrome differentiation accordingly,i.e.,hyperactivity of virulent heat,interior heat with yin-deficiency and deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang.The results showed that 9 cases were markedly effective,20 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate being 90 6%.It is indicated that the western medicine combined with TCM therapy for invigorating kidney is an effective way for the treatment of SLE.
