摘要
目的 :研究卵巢激素对机体免疫系统功能的影响。方法 :应用免疫细胞学技术系统检测去势雌性大鼠多项免疫学指标。结果 :非用药组大鼠与行激素替代治疗组大鼠比较 ,血雌二醇水平及肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM)吞噬率和支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BAL F)中 T淋巴细胞百分比显著降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而外周血中性粒细胞吞噬率 (PMN)及 T淋巴细胞百分比变化不大 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :卵巢去势后机体首先出现局部器官免疫机能受损 ,而全身免疫系统功能将逐渐减退 。
Objective:To study effect of estrogen to cellular immunity of OVX rats.Method: Cellular immunity of OVX rats were determined by immuocytes technique.Results:Compared with the rats under ERT,the blood estrogen level and alveolar macrophages(AM) phagocytic rate and the percentage of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) T cells were significantly lower in control group(P<0.05), while changes of the peripheral of blood monounclear neutrophil (PMN) phagocytic rate and the index of thymus and the percentage of peripheral of blood T cells were not significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion: The results showed that the functions of cellular immunity of respiratory tract was inhibited first in OVX rats, and systemic immunity function will be inhibited gradually. ERT can support body immunity function.
