乳腺癌的保留乳房治疗(附14例报告)

Conservative surgery in the treatment of breast cancer:Reports of 14 cases

目的 :研究乳腺癌保留乳房治疗的疗效及美容效果。方法 :从 1983年 1月以来 ,为 14例乳腺癌病人进行了保留乳房治疗 ,手术方式为肿瘤局部广泛切除 ,6例病人同时作腋窝淋巴结清扫 ,术后进行放疗及化疗。结果 :随访 l～ 18年 ,平均随访 41个月 ,全组 14例至今全部存活 ,乳房美容效果良好者为 92 .8%。结论 :乳腺癌保留乳房治疗可以获得与根治术相同的疗效 ,同时具有良好的美容效果。但要注意严格掌握好适应症。

Objective:To study the prognosis and cosmetic effect of conservative surgery in breast cancer. Methods:Since january 1983, conservative surgery was performed in 14 cases of breast cancer.Operative pattern was extensive lumpectomy and axillary dissection was also performed in 6 patients.Results:Following up one to eighteen years, average 4l months. 14 cases were totally alive so far. 92.85% patients had satisfactory effect of cosmetology. Conclusions:The prognosis of conservative surgery in breast cancer is same to that of radical mastectomy , and has good cosmetic effect at the same time. It is very important to grasp indication strictly.
