丹参对肝硬变肝纤维化指标及门静脉血管内径影响

Eeffect of Dansun on serum hepatic fibrosis indexes and width of portal vein in patients with hepatic cirrhosis

目的 :观察复方丹参注射液对肝纤维化指标及门静脉内径的影响。方法 :将 6 2例肝炎后肝硬化患者随机分为治疗组即丹参组、对照组 ,治疗前后用放免法测定血清透明质酸 (HA)、 型前胶原 (Pc )、层粘蛋白 (L N) ,用彩色多谱勒超声诊断仪测定门静脉和脾静脉内径。结果 :治疗组治疗后血清 HA、Pc 、L N水平及门静脉和脾静脉内径与治疗前相比有显著性减低 (P <0 . 0 1) ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 . 0 1)。结论 :复方丹参注射液可降低血清肝纤维化指标 。

Objective: To observed the serum level of hepatic fibrosis indexes and the width of portal vein in patients with liver cirrhosis treated by Fu Fang Dansun Injection.Mechods: 62 patients with hepatitic cirrhosis were divided randomly into two groups: therapy group or Dansun group and control group. Before and after therapy,the serum level of hyaluronidase(HA),Type III procollagen(PcIII),Laminin(LN) were detected by radioimmunoassay. The width of portal vein and splenic vein were detected by color Doppler.Results: The serum level of HA,PcIII, LN and the width of Portal vein and splenic vein of the therapy group were decreased significantly(p<0.01). It was also significantly defferent compared with control group(p<0.01). Conclusion: Fu Fang Dansun Injection can reduce serum level of hepatic fibrosis indexes and the width of portal vein.
