摘要
目的 :建立辛岑颗粒中黄芩甙的 HPL C含量测定方法。方法 :用 No Va- Pak C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇—水—磷酸(4 5 :5 5 :0 . 2 ) ,在 2 80 nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 0 . 1793μg~ 1. 0 76 μg。黄芩甙的平均加样回收率为 l0 0 . 94% ,RSD为 0 . 46 % (n=5 )。结论 :方法简便、快速 ,精密度和稳定性良好 。
Objective:To estabilish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Xinqin granule. Method: An NoVa- Pak C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phoshporic acid (45:55:0.2). Detection wavelength was 280nm. Results: The detection ranges were 0.1793 ~1.076μg. The average recovery of baicalin was 100.94% (RSD=0.46%, n=5).Conclusions:This HPLC method which was convenient selective and accurate could be used for quality control in the production of Xinqin granule.
