端粒酶活性与bcl-2蛋白在膀胱癌组织中表达的研究

Telomerase Activity and Expression of bcl- 2 Protein in Bladder Cancer

目的 :探讨端粒酶活性与bcl 2蛋白在膀胱癌组织中表达的意义。方法 :应用TRAP 银染方法和免疫组化S P法 ,分别对 3 6例膀胱癌和 12例癌旁组织中的端粒酶活性和bcl 2蛋白进行检测。结果 :膀胱癌组织端粒酶阳性 2 9例 ( 80 .6% ) ,bcl 2蛋白阳性者 13例 ( 3 6.1% )。癌旁组织端粒酶阳性 5例 ( 4 1.7% ) ,bcl 2蛋白则无阳性。二者与膀胱癌分期呈正相关 ,且在分化不良、复发、多发膀胱癌中阳性率明显高于分化良好、非复发、单发膀胱癌。结论 :端粒酶与bcl 2都在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用 ,且二者存在紧密联系。

Objective: Our purpose was to investigate the telomerase activity and the expression of bcl 2 protein in bladder cancer. Methods: Tissues of 36 bladder cancer and 12 adjacent noncancerous bladder were examined for telomerase activity and bcl 2 protein by using TRAP-silver staining and SP immunochemical detection. Results: Twenty-nine of 36 (80.6%) bladder cancer cases showed telomerase activity. Thirteen of 36 (36.1%) were bcl 2 protein positive. In the adjacent normal tissues, 5 of 12 (41.7%) were telomerase activity positive, but none was bcl 2 protein positive. Both telomerase activity and bcl 2 protein were more frequently expressed in not well differentiated, reccurrent, and multicentral bladder tumors. Conclusion: Both telomerase and bcl 2 play important roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of bladder cancer.
