子宫内膜异位症中上皮型及诱生型一氧化氮合成酶的表达和意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :检测上皮型一氧化氮合成酶 (eNOS)及诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达 ,探讨NO/NOS卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学SP法检测eNOS和iNOS在 71例异位子宫内膜和 3 2例正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果 :eNOS在正常子宫内膜腺上皮细胞的增生期表达较低 ,分泌期较高。iNOS在正常子宫内膜中的表达未见明显变化 ;异位子宫内膜中的eNOS和iNOS的表达在增生期和分泌期均明显高于正常对照组 ;eNOS在子宫腺肌病组的表达高于卵巢子宫内膜异位症组 ,而i NOS的表达无差异 ;痛经组iNOS的表达明显高于无痛经组 ,而eNOS的表达无差异性。结论 :eNOS和iNOS在异位子宫内膜中呈持续性过强表达 ,提示NO/NOS可能与卵巢子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌病的发病及进展有关。 Objective: Our aims were to determine the expressions of epithelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis, and to study the relationship. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to identify the expressions of eNOS and iNOS in 71 patients with ovarian endometriosis or adenomyosis and 32 women with normal endometrium. Results: The eNOS expressed higher in secretory phase than that in proliferative phase in the cytoplasma of glandular epithelia in normal endometrium. The iNOS expressed persistently low in the normal endometrium, no matter in which phase the endometrium was. The expressions of eNOS and iNOS were all significantly higher in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis than those in normal endometrium. The expression of eNOS in adenomyosis was higher than in ovarian endometriosis and the expression of iNOS was not different between the ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis. The expression of iNOS in dysmenorrhea was higher than that in normal menses, but the expression of eNOS was not different. Conclusion: The eNOS and iNOS strongly express in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis, which shows NO/NOS may be associated with ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis.
