摘要
目的:为进一步探讨口腔扁平苔藓的发病机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,使用郎格罕斯细胞特异性标记CD1a单克隆抗体对35例口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)进行研究。结果:CD1a+的郎格罕斯细胞(Langerhans cell, LC)较对照组明显增多,分布更趋于上皮棘层及粒层,树突增多、增长。其数量和表达程度与OLP病程、病变程度相关,不同组间有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:LC在OLP的发病、发展中具有重要作用。
Objective: To study the distribution of Langerhans cell (LC) in oral lichen planuss (OLP). Methods: LCs in oral mucosa samples were examined with monoclonal CD1a antibody and an immunohistochemical technique(LAB method) in 35 cases of OLP and 6 cases of health control. Results: On average, in the samples of OLP the CD1a positive LCs counted under microscope in each field of 40 × 10 were 5. 78 in epithelial cell layer and 5.43 in lamina propria, while in the samples of health control those were 0.26 and 0.18 (P<0.01 OLP vs control). Conclusion: LC may play a important role in the pathogenesis of OLP.
