摘要
目的 探讨阿斯匹林、高压氧及其联合作用对大鼠脑组织热休克蛋白 (HSPs) 70表达的影响及对神经元的保护作用。方法 用HE染色方法观察大鼠在急性全脑缺血后的神经元形态学变化 ,用免疫组化检测经阿斯匹林和 /或高压氧处理的大鼠CA1区和齿状回HSP70 的表达。结果 阿斯匹林联合高压氧组CA1区和齿状回幸存细胞数、幸存率高于高压氧组 ( P <0 .0 1) ;细胞表达HSP70 数、表达率高于高压氧组 (P <0 .0 1)。阿斯匹林组脑缺血后幸存细胞数与对照组比较差别无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;CA1区和齿状回几乎无HSP70 表达。结论 阿斯匹林不能直接诱导CA1和齿状回HSP70 的表达 ,但能促进高压氧的HSP70 表达 ,能增强脑细胞抗缺血能力。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen,aspirin and their combined action on the expression of HSP 70 and the protective action for neurons.Methods Hematoxylin eosin was applied to observe the neuronic morphological changes of rats with acute global cerebral ischemia. Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of HSP 70 in CA 1 and dentate in rats treated with aspirin, hyperbaric oxygen and their combined action.Results The amount of survival cells in CA 1 and dentate and the proporation of survival were siginificantly higher in the aspirin and hyperbaric oxygen group than those in the hyperbaric oxygen group (P< 0.01 ). The expression of HSP 70 cells and the proporation of expression were increased too (P< 0.01 ). No difference was found of survival cells between aspirin group and control group in CA 1 and dentate,there was no expression of HSP 70 in these groups.Conclusion Aspirin cannot directly induce the expression of HSP 70 in CA 1 and dentate. But it can promote the expression of HSP 70 when combined with hyperbaric oxygen. It can promote the ability to resist ischemia.
