摘要
目的 研究兔周围神经缺血再灌注损伤后运动神经传导速度的变化 ,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 将造成周围神经缺血再灌注损伤的 2 4只兔随机分成 4组 ,即 :不处理的对照组 ,即刻行神经外膜切开减压组 ,1周后神经松解组和 4周后神经松解组。每组 6只兔 ,分别于术前、术中和术后进行运动神经传导速度的观察。结果 各实验组神经传导的潜伏期、传导速度和肌肉动作电位波幅均好于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中即刻行外膜切开减压组与对照组及 4周后松解组比较 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 对周围神经缺血再灌注损伤后如能尽快手术治疗 。
Objective This study was designed to evaluate the results of surgical treatment for ischemia and reperfusion injury of the rabbits peripheral nerves performed at various time intervals between the injury and the decompression procedure, by means of motor nerve conduction velocity examinations,as to provide the theory for clinical practice.Methods The twenty four rabbits of ischemia and reperfusion injury were divided into four groups randomly:the group had not received any treatment as control; the group epineurium decompression immediately after injury; the epineurium decompression 1 weeks and 4 weeks postoperatively as the study groups. The four groups were monitored by motor nerve conduction velocity using an evoked potential apparatus in the period of preoperation, operating duration, 12 weeks postoperation.Results The motor nerve conduction velocity study was made on all animals with particular reference to the latency, conduction velocity, amplitude of muscle action potential revealed much better results in the study groups compared to the control group (P< 0.05 ). Animals who had immediate decompression fared most favourably comparison with the controls and the epineurium decompression at 4 weeks (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion This suggests that surgical decompression for ischemia and reperfusion injury of peripheral nerves would probably results in better functional recovery as soon as it is performed at an earliest possible time.
