激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察脑组织中血浆蛋白分布在损伤早期的改变

摘要 目的 观察脑组织中血浆蛋白分布在损伤早期的改变。方法 用免疫组织化学染色显示人脑组织中的白蛋白、IgG和IgM ,用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察这些血浆蛋白的分布在损伤早期的改变。结果 正常脑组织中 ,白蛋白、IgG和IgM主要位于血管内 ,未见血浆蛋白阳性神经细胞。在损伤早期 ,脑组织中出现大量白蛋白、IgG及IgM阳性神经细胞和神经纤维。 结论 脑组织中血浆蛋白分布在损伤早期发生了改变 ,提示血脑屏障和神经细胞均有不同程度的损伤。 Objective To observe the early changes of the distribution of plasma proteins in injured brain.Methods Plasma proteins including albumin,IgG and IgM in human brain were demonstrated immunohistochemically.The early changes of the distribution of these plasma proteins after injury were observed using laser scanning confocal microscope.Results In normal brain,albumin,IgG and IgM were limited in blood vessels.There were no plasma proteins positive neural cells.While early in injured brain,numerous albumin,IgG and IgM positive neural cells and fibers could be observed.Conclusion Early changes of the distribution of plasma proteins in brain would occur after injury,which indicated that blood brain barrier and neural cells were damaged to some extent.
