252例年轻人脑梗死病因及危险因素分析

Analysis of the causes cerebral infarction and risk factors in 252 young patients

目的 探讨年轻人脑梗死的病因。方法 对 2 5 2例 10～ 40岁脑梗死患者的病例进行调查 ,结合文献对年轻人脑梗死的病因、危险因素进行分析。结果 2 5 2例中找到病因者 183例。发现病因及危险因素 32种 ,动脉粥样硬化者 10 5例 ,占 41.67%。动脉疾病者 40例 ,占 15 .87%。心脏疾病 13例 ,占 5 .16%。血液疾病或凝血机制障碍 12例 ,占 4.76%。有其他原因者 13例 ,占 5 .16%。另外 69例病因不详。结论 动脉粥样硬化是年轻人脑梗死的主要病因。高血压、高脂血症、吸烟、饮酒和脑血管病家族史是重要危险因素。其他常见病因有烟雾病、风湿性心脏疾病、血管畸形、感染性和非感染性血管炎。

Objective To explore the causes of the cerebral infarction among young patients.Methods 252 patients with cerebral infarction ranged from 10 to 40 years old were investigated,the causes and risk factors associated with relative documents were analyzed.Results 183 of the total 252 patients,have been identified to have definite causes.There were 32 kinds of causes in our series.The major causes included:atherosclerosis in 105 patients (41.67%),arterial disease in 40 patients (15.87%),heart disease in 13 patients (5.16%),and hemopathic disease or abnormality of clotting mechanism 12 patients (4.76%),and 13 patients had other causes (5.16%).Besides,there were still 69 patients whose causes couldn't be detected in this paper.Conclusions Atherosclerosis is the chief cause of cerebral infarction among young patients,while hypertension,hyperlipoidemia,smoking,drinking and family history of stroke are important risk factors.And,Moya Moya disease,rheumatic heart disease,vascular malformation,infectious and non infectious vasculitis,abnormality of clotting mechanism are the other causes.
