支流防洪库容对防洪区的洪灾风险影响研究

Effect of Tributary Reservoir Capacity on Flood Risk in Protected Area

在水库防洪补偿调度中 ,以洪水风险分析为基础 ,基于概率计算原理 ,采用个别典型洪水放大法 ,研究在干流建库和不建库两种情况下 ,支流防洪库容对防洪区的洪灾风险影响 ,同时分析对防洪区推迟分洪时间的影响 ,为水库防洪调度方案的制定提供科学依据 .

For reservoir flood compensating operation,based on the analysis of flood risk and the theory of probability,a typical flood enlargement method is developed for analysis of the effect of tributary reservoir capacity on the flood risk,and the effect of time put off on the protected area in the presence or absence of a reservoir on the main stream is studied,providing a scientific basis for reservoir operation.
